CEO/President Search – YWCA of Greater San Antonio

The YWCA of Greater San Antonio is seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO/President with proven leadership and management experience. The selected candidate will demonstrate a passion for the YWCA mission and have a successful track record running a comparably-sized or larger nonprofit. The CEO/President will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization to include community relations, fundraising, program development, financial management, resource development, human resources and facilities management. She/he will be a proven leader with the willingness to take calculated risks in forming innovative, collaborative efforts both within the YWCA and the communities it serves. The CEO/President will have an understanding of working with a Board of Directors and the ability to relate to people of all ages, races and socio-economic backgrounds.

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in management in a nonprofit setting or its equivalent, including a broad knowledge of all aspects of financial management, fundraising, personnel management, and grant compliance. Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA, MSW, or MPA preferred.

Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000, with opportunities for performance increases
